
What prompted you to set up Home in a Better World and adopt a totally unique approach to the property market?
My experience in real estate, my passion for architecture and my taste for contact have always carried me forward. This has given rise to a desire to do my job by helping our customers with their projects while offering a fresh vision. Our actions and ideas are always stronger when they are shared. I wanted to create a company where every transaction made would actively contribute to helping those who help.
Because sales are a gift, every transaction will contribute to the idea of a better world in which the human aspect is fundamental. By donating 10% of our fees to associations and foundations chosen by our clients, we weave essential links together, taking part in what "The client chooses is also willingly the idea as is important to them.
In this way, we combine the strength and importance of the concept with the added advantage of contributing to a cause that is close to their hearts.

What causes does Home in a Better World support?
All of them! There are over 1,800 associations (ARUP*) involved in a wide range of fields, including medical research, environmental protection, support for people with disabilities and many others. The customer chooses, and that's the strength and importance of the concept.
A series of conferences open to the public will be dedicated to providing information on the actions carried out by the various associations and foundations, their areas of research and action and their major challenges.
How are your customers reacting to this initiative?
Our customers are touched, their projects remain at the heart of the debate, they appreciate and immediately measure the importance of the concept. The collective and multiple experience on this scale is unprecedented. They understand the company's philosophy and its innovative impact, and share it wholeheartedly, going so far as to spontaneously recommend us to their friends and family, which confirms the relevance of this approach. Thanks to the development of the Home in a Better World brand licence, every sale made will also be an act of solidarity.
* Home in a Better World" is a real estate company founded by Frédérique Bacci, a real estate expert for almost 25 years. The concept is simple but its impact is immense : for each transaction, Home in a Better World commits to donate 10% of its commission to a charity chosen by the client.
Convinced of the unifying potential of her concept, Frédérique wants to invite her peers to join the adventure through a license, thus imagining a world where every real estate sale also becomes an act of solidarity.
